The service itself was fine, but I personally felt like the pricing could’ve been laid out more clearly. I had to click around more than I expected just to figure out what I’d actually end up paying. It wasn’t a huge issue, but for something that should be straightforward, it felt a bit confusing

I tried CertaPet, and the communication was the part that made me question the whole experience a bit. Some of the emails were straightforward, but others were vague, so I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next. I ended up having to follow up more than once just to get updates. Everything did get worked out eventually, but the back and forth was frustrating and made me wonder about the overall quality of the process. I just wish they had explained things more clearly from the beginning.

The service itself works fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the renewal caught me off guard and felt kind of sneaky. I’m also not super confident customer service would’ve been much help if I tried to push back on it, which makes the whole thing more frustrating

"Follow-up Support Was Hit or Miss"
Getting started was fine, no real complaints there. But after that, the support was hit or miss. I had a couple of questions and it took longer than I expected to get a response. When they finally did reply, it felt rushed and didn’t really cover everything I asked. For what it costs, I expected the follow-up help to be a lot better. Not a terrible experience overall, just kind of frustrating.

I got my letter a lot faster than I thought I would. I was expecting it to take a bit longer, just because mail and processing stuff can sometimes be slow, but it arrived quickly and I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up sooner than expected

Booking the appointment was a little more frustrating than I thought it would be. The available times didn’t really fit my schedule, so I had to keep checking and wait for something better to open up. I would’ve appreciated a bit more reassurance that more slots might become available or that I wasn’t just stuck with the first options shown. It all worked out in the end, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth or easy as I’d hoped.

I was a little unsure going in, but certapet ended up making the whole process really easy. Everything felt legit, the steps were simple to follow, and support got back to me quickly when I had a question. Overall, I felt good about using them.

The service did what it was supposed to do, but the price felt way too high for just a simple letter. What bothered me even more was that when I had questions about the cost, it felt like everyone just passed me around and nobody really owned the issue. It wasn't a terrible experience, but for what I paid, I expected a lot better.

I used certapet for my housing accommodation paperwork, and overall, it worked out fine. The form was easy enough to fill out, the appointment wasn’t a hassle, and I did get my letter in time to give to my landlord. Support did respond, so that was good, but it took longer than I was hoping, and the replies felt a little copy-and-paste. So yeah, it did what I needed it to do, but for the price, I kind of expected the whole process to feel a bit more personal.

I used certapet.com it was easier to get around than I expected. Some sites like this can feel a little outdated or confusing, but this one was straightforward. The billing was clear and the payment went through without any issues, which is what I expected. The only thing that felt a little off was the receipt email taking longer than I thought it would. Not a big deal, but I would’ve expected it to show up a bit faster

Support did end up fixing my issue, which I really appreciated, but it took a little longer than I was hoping and I found myself checking back a few times and wondering what was going on, so overall I’m happy it got sorted, just wish the process had been a bit quicker
